Fix two typos in the admin-guide:
- a missing e in "reference_perf" in cppc_sysfs.rst.
- the amd_pstate sysfs path uses a dash instead of an underscore.

Commit d206cef03c ("ACPI: docs: Drop useless DSDT override documentation")
removes useless DSDT override documentation. However, the commit forgets
to prune the documentation entry from table of contents of ACPI admin
guide documentation, hence triggers Sphinx warning:
Documentation/admin-guide/acpi/index.rst:8: WARNING: toctree contains reference to nonexisting document 'admin-guide/acpi/dsdt-override'
Prune the entry to fix the warning.

Because https://01.org/linux-acpi web site has become permanently
inaccessible, the "Overriding DSDT" document in the kernel tree
pointing to it as the main source of information is useless (and
the config option name mentioned by it is incorrect), so drop it
and drop the pointer to it from the ACPI Kconfig.

This updates the following:
1) The ASL code to follow latest ACPI requirements, i.e.
- static buffer to be defined outside of the method
- The _ADR and _HID shouldn't be together for the same device
2) EFI section relies on the additional kernel configuration option,
i.e. CONFIG_EFI_CUSTOM_SSDT_OVERLAYS
3) Refer to ACPI machine language as AML (capitalized)
4) Miscellaneous amendments

Rationale:
Reduces attack surface on kernel devs opening the links for MITM
as HTTPS traffic is much harder to manipulate.
Deterministic algorithm:
For each file:
For each line:
If doesn't contain `\bxmlns\b`:
For each link, `\bhttp://[^# \t\r\n]*(?:\w|/)`:
If both the HTTP and HTTPS versions
return 200 OK and serve the same content:
Replace HTTP with HTTPS.

When _FPS indicates variable speed fan support, the thermal cooling
device for fan shows max performance state count as "max_state"
(greater than or equal to 1).
But the thermal cooling device doesn't expose the properties of each
performance state. This is not enough for smart fan control user
space software, which also considers speed, power and noise level.
This change exposes the properties of the fan performance states
in the sysfs directory of the ACPI device representing the fan,
that is
/sys/bus/acpi/devices/devices/INT3404:00
or
/sys/bus/platform/devices/PNP0C0B:00.
For example:
$ ls /sys/bus/acpi/devices/INT3404\:00
description path state0 state11 state4 state7 status
hid physical_node state1 state2 state5 state8 subsystem
modalias power state10 state3 state6 state9 uevent
uid wakeup
where each state* attribute lists the properties of a fan performance
state in the following format:
control_percent:trip_point:speed_rpm:noise_level_mdb:power_mw
$ cat /sys/bus/acpi/devices/INT3404\:00/state10
95:0:11600:47500:4500
as documented in
Documentation/admin-guide/acpi/fan_performance_states.rst
While at it, return the correct error code from acpi_fan_probe()
when acpi_fan_get_fps() or acpi_fan_get_fif() fails.
