sh: x3proto: ILSEL IRQ support.
This adds functionality for the on-board ILSEL IRQs that chain IRL mode events. Many on-board devices (ethernet, usb, etc.) rely on ILSEL IRQs directly. Signed-off-by: Paul Mundt <lethal@linux-sh.org>
