bpf: Tell bpf programs kernel's PAGE_SIZE

Browse Source 
vmlinux BTF includes all kernel enums.
Add __PAGE_SIZE = PAGE_SIZE enum, so that bpf programs
that include vmlinux.h can easily access it.
