drm/amdgpu: Fix SDMA hang when performing VKexample test

Browse Source 
VKexample test hang during Occlusion/SDMA/Varia runs.
Clear XNACK_WATERMK in reg SDMA0_UTCL1_WATERMK to fix this issue.
