crypto: camm/qi - Use ERR_CAST() to return error-valued pointer

Browse Source 
Instead of directly casting and returning (void *) pointer, use ERR_CAST
to explicitly return an error-valued pointer. This makes the error handling
more explicit and improves code clarity.
