USB Storage: add rio karma eject support
This changeset from Keith Bennett (via Bob Copeland) moves the Karma initializer to its own file and adds trapping of the START_STOP command to enable eject of the device. Say Y here to include additional code to support the Rio Karma
USB interface.
This code places the Rio Karma into mass storage mode, enabling
it to be mounted as an ordinary filesystem. Performing an eject
on the resulting scsi device node returns the Karma to normal

operation.
