staging: wilc1000: rename wilc_enqueue_cmd() to wilc_enqueue_work()

Rename wilc_enqueue_cmd() to wilc_enqueue_work() because its used to
enqueue the work queue. Also removed the function header comment for
wilc_enqueue_cmd() as its not correct.
