USB: serial: remove dbg() from usb/serial.h
Now that all in-kernel users of the dbg() macro are gone, we can remove it from the include/linux/usb/serial.h file. Good riddance. Signed-off-by: Greg Kroah-Hartman <gregkh@linuxfoundation.org>
