Merge branch 'for-6.1/core' into for-linus

- move from strlcpy with unused retval to strscpy (Wolfram Sang)
- Kconfig fixes (Randy Dunlap)
- HID-BPF preparatory patches, convert blank defines as enums (Benjamin
  Tissoires)
