DMA: PL330: Remove redundant runtime_suspend/resume functions
The driver's runtime_suspend/resume functions just disable/enable the clock which is already being managed at AMBA bus level runtime_suspend/resume functions. Hence, remove the driver's runtime_suspend/resume functions.
