SUNRPC: Fix integer overflow in decode_rc_list()

The math in "rc_list->rcl_nrefcalls * 2 * sizeof(uint32_t)" could have an
integer overflow. Add bounds checking on rc_list->rcl_nrefcalls to fix
that.
