Merge tag 'drm-intel-fixes-2024-11-14' of https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/drm/i915/kernel into drm-fixes

- Don't load GSC on ARL-H and ARL-U if too old FW
- Avoid potential OOPS in enabling/disabling TV output
