xhci: Use ilog2() rather than __ffs() for calculating SEGMENT_SHIFT
Use ilog2() rather than __ffs() for calculating SEGMENT_SHIFT as ilog2() can be worked out at compile time, whereas __ffs() must be calculated at runtime.
