Hisilicon HiP05 PERISUB system controller
Required properties:

The HiP05 PERISUB system controller is shared by peripheral controllers in
HiP05 Soc to implement some basic configurations. The peripheral
controllers include mdio, ddr, iic, uart, timer and so on.
