ASoC: SOF: Intel: tgl: do thorough remove at .shutdown() callback

Browse Source 
Invoke hda_dsp_remove() as the .shutdown() callback. This will help to
perform shutdown of the DSP safely on TGL platforms before shutting down
or rebooting the system.
