cxlflash: Replace magic numbers with literals

Magic numbers are not meaningful and can create confusion. As a
remedy, replace them with descriptive literals.

Replace 512 with literal MAX_SECTOR_UNIT.
Replace 5 with literal CMD_RETRIES.
