clk: renesas: r9a09g057: Add clock and reset entries for GTM/RIIC/SDHI/WDT
Add clock and reset entries for Generic Timer (GTM), I2C Bus Interface (RIIC), SD/MMC Host Interface (SDHI) and Watchdog Timer (WDT) IP blocks.
