smb/client: rename cifs_ntsd to smb_ntsd

Preparation for moving acl definitions to new common header file.

Use the following shell command to rename:

  find fs/smb/client -type f -exec sed -i \
    's/struct cifs_ntsd/struct smb_ntsd/g' {} +
