microblaze: Add pci-bridge.h
Add pci-bridge.h for Microblaze. It is based on powerpc header file. My changes: I removed PPC_ prefix from constants Removed ppc64 specifis parts Signed-off-by: Michal Simek <monstr@monstr.eu>
