VFS: Unexport do_kern_mount() and clean up simple_pin_fs()
Replace all module uses with the new vfs_kern_mount() interface, and fix up simple_pin_fs(). Signed-off-by: Trond Myklebust <Trond.Myklebust@netapp.com>
