staging: vt6655: Rename RFvWriteWakeProgSyn function

To align with the kernel coding style, remove the type from
the function name and do not use CamelCase.

Fix issue detected by checkpatch.pl:
  CHECK: Avoid CamelCase: <RFvWriteWakeProgSyn>
