hexagon: select ARCH_WANT_LD_ORPHAN_WARN

Browse Source 
Now that we handle all of the sections in a Hexagon defconfig, select
ARCH_WANT_LD_ORPHAN_WARN so that unhandled sections are warned about by
default.
