Linux-2.6.12-rc2 Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!

ALSA: ALSA driver for SGI O2 audio board This patch adds a new ALSA driver for the audio device found inside most of the SGI O2 workstation. The hardware uses a SGI custom chip, which feeds a AD codec chip. ALSA: ALSA driver for SGI HAL2 audio device This patch adds a new ALSA driver for the audio device found inside many older SGI workstation (Indy, Indigo2). The hardware uses a SGI custom chip, which feeds two codec chips, an IEC chip and a synth chip. Currently only one of the codecs is supported. This driver already has the same functionality as the HAL2 OSS driver and will replace it. MIPS: Alchemy: remove all CONFIG_SOC_AU1??? defines Now that no driver any longer depends on the CONFIG_SOC_AU1??? symbols, it's time to get rid of them: Move some of the platform devices to the boards which can use them, Rename a few (unused) constants in the header, Replace them with MIPS_ALCHEMY in the various Kconfig files. Finally delete them altogether from the Alchemy Kconfig file. this driver as it will be removed in the future.
