Now that CONFIG_DRM_MSM is no longer default 'y' add it as a module to all
ARCH_QCOM enabled defconfigs to restore the previous expected build
behavior.

The CONFIG_BACKLIGHT_LCD_SUPPORT was removed in commit 8c5dc8d9f1
("video: backlight: Remove useless BACKLIGHT_LCD_SUPPORT kernel
symbol"). Options protected by CONFIG_BACKLIGHT_LCD_SUPPORT are now
available directly.

MTD_NAND is large and encloses much more than what the symbol is
actually used for: raw NAND. Clarify the symbol by naming it
MTD_RAW_NAND instead.

Add wcn36xx wireless, msm vibrator, pm8941 power key, bq24190 charger,
spmi-iadc, spmi-vadc, mpu6515 gyroscope / accelerometer, and tsl2772
proximity / light drivers as modules to support the LG Nexus 5
(hammerhead) phone.
CFG80211 is changed to be a module to match MAC80211 since this isn't
required for initial bootup.
Device manager support is also added as a module since this is needed by
postmarketOS.

Problem:
ab460a2e72 ("rpmsg: qcom_smd: Access APCS through mailbox framework"
added a "depends on MAILBOX") to RPMSG_QCOM_SMD, thus RPMSG_QCOM_SMD
becomes unset since MAILBOX was not enabled in qcom_defconfig and is
not otherwise selected for the dragonboard. When the resulting
kernel is booted the mmc device which contains the root file system
is not available.
Fix:
add CONFIG_MAILBOX to qcom_defconfig

Select the options necessary to get USB, coincell, WiFI, touchscreen and
backlight on the Z2 Tablet (and other family B devices) working. The

CONFIG_HWSPINLOCK must be selected explicitly for SMEM and its
dependencies to be enabled.
The update is generated by "make savedefconfig" and as such reflects
changes to the implicit state of other options, as of v4.14-rc1.

An adsp-pil node is present in at least the MSM8974 SoC. Simply enable
all Qualcomm remoteproc drivers to avoid more work in the future.
The SMP2P driver is required for adsp-pil to initialize correctly.
Enable the SMSM driver at Bjorn Andersson's request: "We also need
CONFIG_QCOM_SMSM=y here, its currently used to signal state of the ring
buffers for WiFi."
CONFIG_QCOM_WCNSS_CTRL is required to load firmware/configuration data
into the WCNSS core, which handles WiFi and Bluetooth.

This default-enables the devices found on the APQ8060 DragonBoard
in the qcom_defconfig:
- EBI2 bus
- SMSC911x ethernet
- LEDs class and PM8058 LEDs driver, trigger and heartbeat
trigger (so we get heartbeat on the board by default)
- IIO framework, including the HRTimer trigger, KXSD9
accelerometer, MPU3050 gyroscope, AK8975 magnetometer and
BMP085 pressure sensor

The Kconfig and file naming for the PM8xxx driver is totally
confusing:
- Kconfig options MFD_PM8XXX and MFD_PM8921_CORE, some in-kernel
users depending on or selecting either at random.
- A driver file named pm8921-core.c even if it is indeed
used by the whole PM8xxx family of chips.
- An irqchip named pm8xxx since it was (I guess) realized that
the driver was generic for all pm8xxx PMICs.
As I may want to add support for PM8901 this is starting to get
really messy. Fix this situation by:
- Remove the MFD_PM8921_CORE symbol and rely solely on MFD_PM8XXX
and convert all users, including LEDs Kconfig and ARM defconfigs
for qcom and multi_v7 to use that single symbol.
- Renaming the driver to qcom-pm8xxx.c to fit along the two
other qcom* prefixed drivers.
- Rename functions withing the driver from 8921 to 8xxx to
indicate it is generic.
- Just drop the =m config from the pxa_defconfig, I have no clue
why it is even there, it is not a Qualcomm platform. (Possibly
older Kconfig noise from saveconfig.)

This enables smem, smd, rpm, regulators, pmic pinctrl and hwspinlock as
these platform features are now merged. It enables gpio-keys as this is
used by most boards and enables fhandle and cgroups, so we can boot
systemd.

After removing ARCH_REQUIRE_GPIOLIB we need to select

Add a defconfig for mach-qcom platforms (copied from msm_defconfig).
Although these platforms are part of the multi-platform kernel, it's
useful to have a stripped down version of the defconfig that just
selects the DT based Qualcomm platforms and drivers.
