The macro save_mcount_regs saves regs onto the stack. But to uncouple the
amount of stack used in that macro from the users of the macro, we need
to have a define that tells all the users how much stack is used by that
macro. This way we can change the amount of stack the macro uses without
breaking its users.
Also remove some dead code that was left over from commit fdc841b58c
"ftrace: x86: Remove check of obsolete variable function_trace_stop".

Currently save_mcount_regs is passed a "skip" parameter to know how much
stack updated the pt_regs, as it tries to keep the saved pt_regs in the
same location for all users. This is rather stupid, especially since the
part stored on the pt_regs has nothing to do with what is suppose to be
in that location.
Instead of doing that, just pass in an "added" parameter that lets that
macro know how much stack was added before it was called so that it
can get to the RIP. But the difference is that it will now offset the
pt_regs by that "added" count. The caller now needs to take care of
the offset of the pt_regs.
This will make it easier to simplify the code later.

Linus pointed out that there were locations that did the hard coded
update of the parent and rip parameters. One of them was the static tracer
which could also use the ftrace_caller_setup to do that work. In fact,
because it did not use it, it is prone to bugs, and since the static
tracer is hardly ever used (who wants function tracing code always being
called?) it doesn't get tested very often. I only run a few "does it still
work" tests on it. But I do not run stress tests on that code. Although,
since it is never turned off, just having it on should be stressful enough.
(especially for the performance folks)
There's no reason that the static tracer can't also use ftrace_caller_setup.
Have it do so.

The colorspace chapter in the V4L2 Specification was always poorly
written. This patch rewrites it, documenting the new Y'CbCr encoding
and quantization defines and going into much more detail with respect
to how colorspaces are used and what it all means.

This patch plumbs the existing ARM IOMMU DMA infrastructure (which isn't
actually called outside of a few drivers) into arch_setup_dma_ops, so
that we can use IOMMUs for DMA transfers in a more generic fashion.
Since this significantly complicates the arch_setup_dma_ops function,
it is moved out of line into dma-mapping.c. If CONFIG_ARM_DMA_USE_IOMMU
is not set, the iommu parameter is ignored and the normal ops are used
instead.

IOMMU drivers can be initialized from of_iommu helpers. Such drivers don't
need to provide device_add callbacks to operate properly, so there is no
need to fail initialization if the callback is missing.

This patch adds a new function to the iommu_ops structure to allow an
OF device to be added to a specific IOMMU instance using the recently
merged generic devicetree binding for IOMMUs. The callback (of_xlate)
takes a struct device representing the master and an of_phandle_args
representing the IOMMU and the correspondong IDs for the new master.

set_arch_dma_coherent_ops is called from of_dma_configure in order to
swizzle the architectural dma-mapping functions over to a cache-coherent
implementation. This is currently implemented only for ARM.
In anticipation of re-using this mechanism for IOMMU-backed dma-mapping
ops too, this patch replaces the function with a broader
arch_setup_dma_ops callback which will be extended in future.

IOMMU drivers must be initialised before any of their upstream devices,
otherwise the relevant iommu_ops won't be configured for the bus in
question. To solve this, a number of IOMMU drivers use initcalls to
initialise the driver before anything has a chance to be probed.
Whilst this solves the immediate problem, it leaves the job of probing
the IOMMU completely separate from the iommu_ops to configure the IOMMU,
which are called on a per-bus basis and require the driver to figure out
exactly which instance of the IOMMU is being requested. In particular,
the add_device callback simply passes a struct device to the driver,
which then has to parse firmware tables or probe buses to identify the
relevant IOMMU instance.
This patch takes the first step in addressing this problem by adding an
early initialisation pass for IOMMU drivers, giving them the ability to
store some per-instance data in their iommu_ops structure and store that
in their of_node. This can later be used when parsing OF masters to
identify the IOMMU instance in question.

This makes the midi interface and capture work out of the box with
R16 (and presumably R24 too but untested). Playback stream would also
seem to function fine except for one caveat: no sound is produced,
so it is disabled for now. Mixer descriptors are garbage and will
require further quirks to enable functionality, also disabled here.

When dm-bufio sets out to use the bio built into a struct dm_buffer to
issue an IO, it needs to call bio_reset after it's done with the bio
so that we can free things attached to the bio such as the integrity
payload. Therefore, inject our own endio callback to take care of
the bio_reset after calling submit_io's end_io callback.
Test case:
1. modprobe scsi_debug delay=0 dif=1 dix=199 ato=1 dev_size_mb=300
2. Set up a dm-bufio client, e.g. dm-verity, on the scsi_debug device
3. Repeatedly read metadata and watch kmalloc-192 leak!

We never bother caching a partial block that is at the back end of the
origin device. No cell ever gets locked, but the calling code was
assuming it was and trying to release it.
Now the code only releases if the cell has been set to a non NULL
value.

If the incoming bio is a WRITE and completely covers a block then we
don't bother to do any copying for a promotion operation. Once this is
done the cache block and origin block will be different, so we need to
set it to 'dirty'.

The discard block size can change if the origin changes size or if an
old DM cache is upgraded from using a discard block size that was equal
to cache block size.
To fix this an extent of discarded blocks is established for the purpose
of translating the old discard block size to the new in-core discard
block size and set bits. The old (potentially huge) discard bitset is
left ondisk until it is re-written using the new in-core information on
the next successful DM cache shutdown.

When we generate the instruction for out of line execution the length
of the to be copied instruction was evaluated from a not initialized
memory location.
Therefore we ended up with a random (2, 4 or 6) number of bytes being
copied instead of taking the real instruction length into account.
This works surprisingly well most of the time, but still not always.

7265D are new devices that should always have a new NVM
(at least 0x0c11). The firmware has issues with older
versions of the NVM which are not and will not be available
to the common mortals.

Add the channels on which there was a match for every match reported
by the firmware. The firmware reports the channels as indices to the
array of channels that was passed in the scheduled scan request, so we
need to save the array when entering D3 to make sure it is available
when we resume.

Add SSID information to the net-detect indication to userspace. Fetch
the matched profiles from the firmware in order to find the correct
SSIDs in the profiles that matched.
Since the net-detect information is stored in cfg80211, and in theory
it could change while we are waking up and reading the matched
profiles, we need to save it when we enter D3 so it is available
during resume.
