We must not call gfs2_consist (which does a file system withdraw) from
the freeze glock's freeze_go_xmote_bh function because the withdraw
will try to use the freeze glock, thus causing a glock recursion error.
This patch changes freeze_go_xmote_bh to call function
gfs2_assert_withdraw_delayed instead of gfs2_consist to avoid recursion.

PME signaling is only enabled by __pci_enable_wake() if the target
device can signal PME from the given target power state (to avoid
pointless reconfiguration of the device), but if the hierarchy above
the device goes into D3cold, the device itself will end up in D3cold
too, so if it can signal PME from D3cold, it should be enabled to
do so in __pci_enable_wake().
[Note that if the device does not end up in D3cold and it cannot
signal PME from the original target power state, it will not signal
PME, so in that case the behavior does not change.]

It is inconsistent to return PCI_D0 from pci_target_state() instead
of the original target state if 'wakeup' is true and the device
cannot signal PME from D0.
This only happens when the device cannot signal PME from the original
target state and any shallower power states (including D0) and that
case is effectively equivalent to the one in which PME singaling is
not supported at all. Since the original target state is returned in
the latter case, make the function do that in the former one too.

There is a race in ceph_put_snap_realm. The change to the nref and the
spinlock acquisition are not done atomically, so you could decrement
nref, and before you take the spinlock, the nref is incremented again.
At that point, you end up putting it on the empty list when it
shouldn't be there. Eventually __cleanup_empty_realms runs and frees
it when it's still in-use.
Fix this by protecting the 1->0 transition with atomic_dec_and_lock,
and just drop the spinlock if we can get the rwsem.
Because these objects can also undergo a 0->1 refcount transition, we
must protect that change as well with the spinlock. Increment locklessly
unless the value is at 0, in which case we take the spinlock, increment
and then take it off the empty list if it did the 0->1 transition.
With these changes, I'm removing the dout() messages from these
functions, as well as in __put_snap_realm. They've always been racy, and
it's better to not print values that may be misleading.

Function ceph_check_delayed_caps() is called from the mdsc->delayed_work
workqueue and it can be kept looping for quite some time if caps keep
being added back to the mdsc->cap_delay_list. This may result in the
watchdog tainting the kernel with the softlockup flag.
This patch breaks this loop if the caps have been recently (i.e. during
the loop execution). Any new caps added to the list will be handled in
the next run.
Also, allow schedule_delayed() callers to explicitly set the delay value
instead of defaulting to 5s, so we can ensure that it runs soon
afterward if it looks like there is more work.

hyperv-tlfs.h defines Hyper-V interfaces from the Hyper-V Top Level
Functional Spec (TLFS), and #includes the architecture-independent
part of hyperv-tlfs.h in include/asm-generic. The published TLFS
is distinctly oriented to x86/x64, so the ARM64-specific
hyperv-tlfs.h includes information for ARM64 that is not yet formally
published. The TLFS is available here:

mshyperv.h defines Linux-specific structures and routines for
interacting with Hyper-V on ARM64, and #includes the architecture-
independent part of mshyperv.h in include/asm-generic.
Use these definitions to provide utility functions to make
Hyper-V hypercalls and to get and set Hyper-V provided
registers associated with a virtual processor.

Some additional information is required for updating PCH FIVR values
upon WiFi channel changes.
New attributes added to the existing sysfs:
fivr_switching_freq_mhz : Get the FIVR switching control frequency.
Uses ACPI method GFCS.
fivr_switching_fault_status: Read the FIVR switching frequency control
fault status. Uses ACPI method GFFS.
ssc_clock_info : Presents SSC (spread spectrum clock) information for
EMI (Electro magnetic interference) control. Use ACPI
method GEMI (refer to the description of GEMI method
below).
GFFS
This ACPI method is used to read the FIVR switching frequency control
fault status.

[0:0] Fault status when set to 1

GFCS
This ACPI method is used to read the FIVR switching control frequency.

When new configuration data is obtained after a path event it is stored
in the per path array. The old data needs to be freed.
The first valid configuration data is also referenced in the device
private structure to identify the device.
When the old per path configuration data was freed the device still
pointed to the already freed data leading to a use after free.
Fix by replacing also the device configuration data with the newly
obtained one before the old data gets freed.

When the firmware hang or command no response, driver can reset the
bluetooth mcu via USB to recovery it. The reset steps as follows.
1. Cancel USB transfer requests before reset.
2. It use speicific USB HW Register to reset Bluetooth MCU, at the
same time, the USB Endpoint0 still keep alive.
3. Poll the USB HW register until reset is completed by Endpoint0.
4. To recovery unexpected USB state and behavior during resetting the
Bluetooth MCU, the driver need to reset the USB device for MT7921.
5. After the reset is completed, the Bluetooth MCU need to re-setup,
such as download patch, power-on sequence and etc.

IXP4xx driver updates for modernizing the IXP4xx platforms,
taregeted for v5.15:
- Add DT bindings to the expansion bus and PATA libata driver.

KVM SEV code uses bitmaps to manage ASID states. ASID 0 was always skipped
because it is never used by VM. Thus, in existing code, ASID value and its
bitmap postion always has an 'offset-by-1' relationship.
Both SEV and SEV-ES shares the ASID space, thus KVM uses a dynamic range
[min_asid, max_asid] to handle SEV and SEV-ES ASIDs separately.
Existing code mixes the usage of ASID value and its bitmap position by
using the same variable called 'min_asid'.
Fix the min_asid usage: ensure that its usage is consistent with its name;
allocate extra size for ASID 0 to ensure that each ASID has the same value
with its bitmap position. Add comments on ASID bitmap allocation to clarify
the size change.

Since the non-atomic arch_*() bitops use plain accesses, they are
implicitly instrumnted by the compiler, and we work around this in the
instrumented wrappers to avoid double instrumentation.
It's simpler to avoid the wrappers entirely, and use the preprocessor to
alias the arch_*() bitops to their regular versions, removing the need
for checks in the instrumented wrappers.

After select_idle_sibling, p->recent_used_cpu is set to the
new target. However on the next wakeup, prev will be the same as
recent_used_cpu unless the load balancer has moved the task since the
last wakeup. It still works, but is less efficient than it could be.
This patch preserves recent_used_cpu for longer.
The impact on SIS efficiency is tiny so the SIS statistic patches were
used to track the hit rate for using recent_used_cpu. With perf bench
pipe on a 2-socket Cascadelake machine, the hit rate went from 57.14%
to 85.32%. For more intensive wakeup loads like hackbench, the hit rate
is almost negligible but rose from 0.21% to 6.64%. For scaling loads
like tbench, the hit rate goes from almost 0% to 25.42% overall. Broadly
speaking, on tbench, the success rate is much higher for lower thread
counts and drops to almost 0 as the workload scales to towards saturation.

SCHED_FLAG_SUGOV is supposed to be a kernel-only flag that userspace
cannot interact with. However, sched_getattr() currently reports it
in sched_flags if called on a sugov worker even though it is not
actually defined in a UAPI header. To avoid this, make sure to
clean-up the sched_flags field in sched_getattr() before returning to
userspace.

It is possible for sched_getattr() to incorrectly report the state of
the reset_on_fork flag when called on a deadline task.
Indeed, if the flag was set on a deadline task using sched_setattr()
with flags (SCHED_FLAG_RESET_ON_FORK | SCHED_FLAG_KEEP_PARAMS), then
p->sched_reset_on_fork will be set, but __setscheduler() will bail out
early, which means that the dl_se->flags will not get updated by
__setscheduler_params()->__setparam_dl(). Consequently, if
sched_getattr() is then called on the task, __getparam_dl() will
override kattr.sched_flags with the now out-of-date copy in dl_se->flags
and report the stale value to userspace.
To fix this, make sure to only copy the flags that are relevant to
sched_deadline to and from the dl_se->flags field.
