f99bcb2cdb documentation: Fix relation between nohz_full and rcu_nocbs
If a CPU is specified in the nohz_full= kernel boot parameter to a
kernel built with CONFIG_NO_HZ_FULL=y, then that CPU's callbacks will
be offloaded, just as if that CPU had also been specified in the
rcu_nocbs= kernel boot parameter.  But the current documentation
states that the user must keep these two boot parameters manually
synchronized.  This commit therefore updates the documentation to
reflect reality.

bebcdae3ec PM / suspend: Use mem_sleep_labels[] strings in messages
Some messages in suspend.c currently print state names from
pm_states[], but that may be confusing if the mem_sleep sysfs
attribute is changed to anything different from "mem", because
in those cases the messages will say either "freeze" or "standby"
after writing "mem" to /sys/power/state.

To avoid the confusion, use mem_sleep_labels[] strings in those
messages instead.

Restore the pm_wakeup_pending() check in __device_suspend_noirq()
removed by commit eed4d47efe (ACPI / sleep: Ignore spurious SCI
wakeups from suspend-to-idle) as that allows the function to return
earlier if there's a wakeup event pending already (so that it may
spend less time on carrying out operations that will be reversed
shortly anyway) and rework the main suspend-to-idle loop to take
that optimization into account.

on failures and add an error argument to this function so that the

786f41fb6b PM / core: Split dpm_suspend_noirq() and dpm_resume_noirq()
Put the device interrupts disabling and enabling as well as
cpuidle_pause() and cpuidle_resume() called during the "noirq"
stages of system suspend into separate functions to allow the
core suspend-to-idle code to be optimized (later).

The only functional difference this makes is that debug facilities
and diagnostic tools will not include the above operations into the
"noirq" device suspend/resume duration measurements.

As a preparation for subsequent changes, rearrange the core
suspend-to-idle code by moving the initial invocation of
dpm_suspend_noirq() into s2idle_loop().

1819ae3dfe mlxsw: spectrum_router: Don't offload routes next in list
Each FIB node holds a linked list of routes sharing the same prefix and
length. In the case of IPv4 it's ordered according to table ID, metric
and TOS and only the first route in the list is actually programmed to
the device.

In case a gatewayed route is added somewhere in the list, then after its
nexthop group will be refreshed and become valid (due to the resolution
of its gateway), it'll mistakenly overwrite the existing entry.

Example:
192.168.200.0/24 dev enp3s0np3 scope link metric 1000 offload
192.168.200.0/24 via 192.168.100.1 dev enp3s0np3 metric 1000 offload

Both routes are marked as offloaded despite the fact only the first one
should actually be present in the device's table.

When refreshing the nexthop group, don't write the route to the device's
table unless it's the first in its node.

e859afe1ee lib: test_rhashtable: fix for large entry counts
During concurrent access testing, threadfunc() concatenated thread ID
and object index to create a unique key like so:

| tdata->objs[i].value = (tdata->id << 16) | i;

This breaks if a user passes an entries parameter of 64k or higher,
since 'i' might use more than 16 bits then. Effectively, this will lead
to duplicate keys in the table.

Fix the problem by introducing a struct holding object and thread ID and
using that as key instead of a single integer type field.

545722cb0f selftests/bpf: subtraction bounds test
There is a bug in the verifier's handling of BPF_SUB: [a,b] - [c,d] yields
 was [a-c, b-d] rather than the correct [a-d, b-c].  So here is a test
 which, with the bogus handling, will produce ranges of [0,0] and thus
 allowed accesses; whereas the correct handling will give a range of
 [-255, 255] (and hence the right-shift will give a range of [0, 255]) and
 the accesses will be rejected.

- Introduce a unique debugfs entry for each generic power domain with the
  following attributes
	- current_state - Displays current state of the domain.
	- devices - Displays the devices associated with this domain.
	- sub_domains - Displays the sub power domains.
	- active_time - Displays the time the domain was in active state
			in ms.
	- total_idle_time - Displays the time the domain was in any of the idle
			states in ms.
	- idle_states - Displays the various idle states and the time
			spent in each idle state in ms.

When the administrator disables this feature on a device, all

04584957b5 geneve/vxlan: offload ports on register/unregister events
This improves consistency of handling when moving a netdev to another
netns. Most drivers currently do a full reset when the device goes up,
so that will flush the offload state anyway.

ae847f40b6 net: call udp_tunnel_get_rx_info when NETIF_F_RX_UDP_TUNNEL_PORT is toggled
NETIF_F_RX_UDP_TUNNEL_PORT is special, in that we need to do more than
just flip the bit in dev->features. When disabling we must also clear
currently offloaded ports from the device, and when enabling we must
tell the device to offload the ports it can.

Because vxlan stores its sockets in a hashtable and they are inserted at
the head of per-bucket lists, switching the feature off and then on can
result in a different set of ports being offloaded (depending on the
HW's limits).

d764a122cc net: add new netdevice feature for offload of RX port for UDP tunnels
This adds a new netdevice feature, so that the offloading of RX port for
UDP tunnels can be disabled by the administrator on some netdevices,
using the "rx-udp_tunnel-port-offload" feature in ethtool.

This feature is set for all devices that provide ndo_udp_tunnel_add.

5b861f6baa geneve: add rtnl changelink support
This patch adds changelink rtnl operation support for geneve devices
and the code changes involve:

  - added geneve_quiesce() which quiesces the geneve device data path
    for both TX and RX. This lets us perform the changelink operation
    atomically w.r.t data path. Also added geneve_unquiesce() to
    reverse the operation of geneve_quiesce().

  - refactor geneve_newlink into geneve_nl2info to be used by both
    geneve_newlink and geneve_changelink

  - geneve_nl2info takes a changelink boolean argument to isolate
    changelink checks.

  - Allow changing only a few attributes (ttl, tos, and remote tunnel
    endpoint IP address (within the same address family)):
    - return -EOPNOTSUPP for attributes that cannot be changed for
      now. Incremental patches can make the non-supported one
      available in the future if needed.

58eefe2f3f ACPI / PMIC: xpower: Do pinswitch magic when reading GPADC
Testing has shown that the TS-pin's bias-current needs to be disabled
when reading the GPIO0 pin in GPADC mode.

It seems that there is only 1 bias current source and to be able to use it
for the GPIO0 pin in GPADC mode it must be temporarily turned off for the
TS pin, but the datasheet does not mention this.

This commit adds the necessary writes to turn the TS pin BIAS current
off before and back on after reading the GPADC. This fixes the GPADC
always returning a reading of 0.

3f93522ffa virtio-net: switch off offloads on demand if possible on XDP set
Current XDP implementation wants guest offloads feature to be disabled
on device. This is inconvenient and means guest can't benefit from
offloads if XDP is not used. This patch tries to address this
limitation by disabling the offloads on demand through control guest
offloads. Guest offloads will be disabled and enabled on demand on XDP
set.

4941d472bf virtio-net: do not reset during XDP set
We currently reset the device during XDP set, the main reason is
that we allocate more headroom with XDP (for header adjustment).

This works but causes network downtime for users.

Previous patches encoded the headroom in the buffer context,
this makes it possible to detect the case where a buffer
with headroom insufficient for XDP is added to the queue and
XDP is enabled afterwards.

Upon detection, we handle this case by copying the packet
(slow, but it's a temporary condition).

28b39bc7c5 virtio-net: pack headroom into ctx for mergeable buffers
Pack headroom into ctx - this way when we get a buffer we can figure out
the actual headroom that was allocated for the buffer. Will be helpful
to optimize switching between XDP and non-XDP modes which have different
headroom requirements.
