Use the port GUID read from the firmware to identify the physical port.
This port identifier is available via ndo_get_phys_port_id for both PF
and VF net-devices.

Add the infrastructure needed to support ndo_get_phys_port_id which
allows users to identify to which physical port a net-device is connected
to by reading a unique port id.
This will work for VFs and PFs.
The driver uses a new device capability - phys_port_id, The PF driver
reads the port phys_port_id from Firmware and stores it. The VF driver
reads the port phys_port_id from the PF using QUERY_FUNC_CAP command.

Set nic_info field in QUERY_FUNC_CAP, which designates
supplementary NIC information is provided by the hypervisor.
When set, the following fields are valid: nic_num_rings,
nic_indirection_tbl_sz, cur_mac and phys_port_id.

Add IFLA_BOND_NUM_PEER_NOTIF to allow get/set of bonding parameter
num_grat_arp via netlink. Bonding parameter num_unsol_na is
synonymous with num_grat_arp, so add only one netlink attribute
to represent both bonding parameters.

netback already has code which parses IPv4 and v6 headers to set up checksum
offsets and these are always applied to GSO packets being sent from
frontends. It's therefore suboptimal that GSOs are being marked
SKB_GSO_DODGY to defer the gso_segs calculation when netback already has all
necessary information to hand to do the calculation. This patch adds that
calculation.

The local variable 'bi' comes from userspace. If userspace passed a
large number to 'bi.data.calibrate', there would be an integer overflow

'err' is overwrited to 0 after maybe_pull_tail() call, so the error
code was not set if skb_partial_csum_set() call failed. Fix to return
error -EPROTO from those error handling case instead of 0.

Dividing the beacon interval by ATH_BCBUF (8) truncates the result for
the default beacon interval of 100.
Fix the calculation by moving the division after conversion from TU to
microseconds.

clocks to an average of less than 200 microseconds on 10 megabit ethernet.

This allows QoS mapping from external networks to be implemented as
defined in IEEE Std 802.11-2012, 10.24.9. APs can use this to advertise
DSCP ranges and exceptions for mapping frames to a specific UP over
Wi-Fi.
The payload of the QoS Map Set element (IEEE Std 802.11-2012, 8.4.2.97)
is sent to the driver through the new NL80211_ATTR_QOS_MAP attribute to
configure the local behavior either on the AP (based on local
configuration) or on a station (based on information received from the
AP).

Certain dm962x revisions contain an bug, where if a USB bulk transfer retry
(E.G. if bulk crc mismatch) happens right after a transfer with odd or
maxpacket length, the internal tx hardware fifo gets out of sync causing
the interface to stop working.
Work around it by adding up to 3 bytes of padding to ensure this situation
cannot trigger.
This workaround also means we never pass multiple-of-maxpacket size skb's
to usbnet, so the length adjustment to handle usbnet's padding of those can
be removed.

This patch adds support for enabling In Band mode in 10 mbps speed.
RGMII supports 1 Gig and 100 mbps mode for Forced mode of operation.
For 10mbps mode it should be configured to in band mode so that link
status, duplexity and speed are determined from the RGMII input data
stream

and the function will modify the port's information with
no further locking, it will not mutex against bond state
machine and incoming LACPDU which do not hold RTNL, So I
add __get_state_machine_lock to protect the port.
But it is not a critical bug, it exist since day one, and till
now it has never been hit and reported, because changes to
speed is very rare, and will not occur critical problem.
The comments in the function is very old, cleanup it and
add a new pr_debug to debug the port message.

To comply with ETSI regulations, make sure that
the CCA registers are programmed with the threshold
values from the EEPROM/Caldata. A new field is used
to indicate if the card has been calibrated with the
required threshold information.
