80134da9d2 usb: gadget: rndis: Fix re-binding f_rndis
f_rndis checks if rndis_string_defs[0].id is null to setup rndis
and allocate string ids when it is bound to the first configuration:

	/* maybe allocate device-global string IDs */
	if (rndis_string_defs[0].id == 0) {

		/* ... and setup RNDIS itself */
		status = rndis_init();
		if (status < 0)
			return status;

rndis_string_defs[0].id must be reset to 0 on unbind for rndis to be
correctly initialized on the next composite_bind.

cad4cd8fbd usb: gadget: composite: add iSerialNumber to usb_composite_driver
Add iSerialNumber to usb_composite_driver to allow setting a default value.
This is useful when the module is compiled-in. Then the composite_bind
is executed at kernel boot and string id for iSerialNumber can be overridden
even if there is no iSerialNumber kernel commandline parameter.
If the string id is not overridden, then get_string will never attempt to
look for the alternative string contents using cdev->serial_override.

51cce6fc15 usb: gadget: composite: Add usb_remove_config
Add usb_remove_config to unbind a configuration and remove it from
the configs list. This allows implementing composite gadget drivers that
can disconnect themself from the bus and that will later be re-enumerated
with a different configuration.

Gadget drivers must call usb_gadget_disconnect before calling this
function to disable the pullup, disconnect the device from the host,
and prevent the host from enumerating the device while we are changing
the gadget configuration.

6edd94db25 gpio/omap: fix incorrect initialization of omap_gpio_mod_init
Initialization of irqenable, irqstatus registers is the common
operation done in this function for all OMAP platforms, viz. OMAP1,
OMAP2+. The latter _gpio_rmw()'s which supposedly got introduced
wrongly to take care of OMAP2+ platforms were overwriting initially
programmed OMAP1 value breaking functionality on OMAP1.
Somehow incorrect assumption was made that each _gpio_rmw()'s were
mutually exclusive. On close observation it is found that the first
_gpio_rmw() which is supposedly done to take care of OMAP1 platform
is generic enough and takes care of OMAP2+ platform as well.
Therefore remove the latter _gpio_rmw() to irqenable as they are
redundant now.

Writing to ctrl and debounce_en registers for OMAP2+ platforms are
modified to match the original(pre-cleanup) code where the registers
are initialized with 0. In the cleanup series since we are using
_gpio_rmw(reg, 0, 1), instead of __raw_writel(), we are just reading
and writing the same values to ctrl and debounce_en. This is not an
issue for debounce_en register because it has 0x0 as the default value.
But in the case of ctrl register the default value is 0x2 (GATINGRATIO
 = 0x1) so that we end up writing 0x2 instead of intended 0 value.
Therefore changing back to __raw_writel() as this is sufficient for
this case besides simpler to understand.

Also, change irqstatus initalization logic that avoids comparison
with bool, besides making it fit in a single line.

0e43406bcc drm/i915: Simplify interrupt processing for IvyBridge
We can take advantage that the PCH_IIR is a subordinate register to
reduce one of the required IIR reads, and that we only need to clear

Currently the code re-reads PCH_IIR during the hotplug interrupt

for handling a spurious interrupt as we then may not clear all the

asserted than we clear using the result of the original read).

3ac36d1555 HID: hid-multitouch: fix wrong protocol detection
The previous implementation introduced a randomness in the splitting
of the different touches reported by the device. This version is more
robust as we don't rely on hi->input->absbit, but on our own structure.

This also prepares hid-multitouch to better support Win8 devices.

59de3295ad drm/i915: enable semaphores on gen6 if dmar is not active
Inspired by the recent ppgtt regression report, where switching of
dmar only for the gpu seems to fix things completely, I've looked
again at the semaphores+vt-d situation.

Contrary to my earlier testing a few months back my system is now
stable with dmar disabled for the igd, and not only when disabling
dmar completely.

So I'm rather hopeful that all our recent fixes for snb have changed
things for code and it's time to try enabling semaphores again. We've
also had issues with enabling semaphores which are not vt-d related,
but I guess these are all fixed by the autoreport-disabling and lazy
request fix. And there's only one way to find out whether there are
still other issues ...

When I've tried to apply this patch I've noticed that semaphores on
gen6 have already silently been enabled in

    drm/i915: use semaphores for the display plane

Fix this up by only checking whether dmar is enabled on the gfx (not
on the entire system).
