3dc420be8c iwlwifi: restore PAN support
in iwlwifi: move setting up fw parameters

Meenakshi moved code up to configure the transport layer, but this
code read the sku before it was set (from the EEPROM). This killed
P2P.
Only the ucode_flags are needed to configure the transport layer, not
the sku which _must_ be set after the EEPROM is read.

We need to reconfigure the transport in case the EEPROM disabled PAN
support. This is not the nicest thing to do, but we have no choice.
Document that we are allowed to configure the transport several times
before start_fw, but not after.

048be431e4 sh-sci / PM: Avoid deadlocking runtime PM
The runtime PM of sh-sci devices is enabled when sci_probe() returns,
so the pm_runtime_put_sync() executed by driver_probe_device()
attempts to suspend the device. Then, in some situations, a
diagnostic message is printed to the console by one of the runtime
suspend routines handling the sh-sci device, which causes synchronous
runtime resume to be started from the device's own runtime suspend
callback. This causes rpm_resume() to be run eventually, which sees
the RPM_SUSPENDING status set by rpm_suspend() and waits for it to
change. However, the device's runtime PM status cannot change at
that point, because the routine that has set it waits for the
rpm_suspend() to return. A deadlock occurs as a result.

To avoid that make sci_init_single() increment the device's
runtime PM usage counter, so that it cannot be suspended by
driver_probe_device(). That counter has to be decremented
eventually, so make sci_startup() do that before starting to
actually use the device and make sci_shutdown() increment it
again before returning to balance the incrementation carried out by
sci_startup().

e0955acecf mpc5200b/uart: select more tolerant uart prescaler on low baudrates
In addition to the /32 prescaler, the MPC5200B supports a second
baudrate prescaler /4 to reach higher baudrates.

The current calculation (introduced with commit 0d1f22e4) in the kernel
preferes this low prescaler as often as possible, but with some
imprecise counterparts the communication on low baudrates fails.

According a support-mail from freescale the low prescaler (/4) allows
just 1% tolerance in bittiming in contrast to 4% of the high prescaler
(/32). The prescaler not only affects the baudrate-calculation, but
also the sampling of the bits on the wire.

With this patch, we use the slightly less precise, but higher tolerant
prescaler calculation on low baudrates up to (and including) 115200 baud
and the more precise calculation above.

Tested on a custom MPC5200B board with "fsl,mpc5200b-psc-uart".

Calculation Examples with prescaler (PS) 4 and 32 and divisor (DIV) on
various baudrates. Real stands for the real baudrate generated and Diff
for the differences between:
     50 Baud PS 32 DIV 0xa122 Real 50 Diff 0.00%
     75 Baud PS 32 DIV 0x6b6c Real 75 Diff 0.00%
    110 Baud PS 32 DIV 0x493e Real 110 Diff 0.00%

33d2832ab0 USB: gadget: Make g_hid device class conform to spec.
HID devices should specify this in their interface descriptors, not in the
device descriptor. This fixes a "missing hardware id" bug under Windows 7 with
a VIA VL800 (3.0) controller.

3cc3615749 usb: cdc-wdm: adding usb_cdc_wdm_register subdriver support
This driver can be used as a subdriver of another USB driver, allowing
it to export a Device Managment interface consisting of a single interrupt
endpoint with no dedicated USB interface.

Some devices provide a Device Management function combined with a wwan
function in a single USB interface having three endpoints (bulk in/out
+ interrupt). If the interrupt endpoint is used exclusively for DM
notifications, then this driver can support that as a subdriver
provided that the wwan driver calls the appropriate entry points on
probe, suspend, resume, pre_reset, post_reset and disconnect.

The main driver must have full control over all interface related
settings, including the needs_remote_wakeup flag. A manage_power
function must be provided by the main driver.

A manage_power stub doing direct flag manipulation is used in normal
driver mode.

b0c1386080 usb: cdc-wdm: adding list lookup indirection
Register all interfaces handled by this driver in a list, getting
rid of the dependency on usb_set_intfdata. This allows further
generalization and simplification of the probe/create functions.

This is needed to decouple wdm_open from the driver owning the
interface, and it also allows us to share all the code in
wdm_create with drivers unable to do usb_set_intfdata.

c1cee1d840 USB: Microchip VID mislabeled as Hornby VID in ftdi_sio.
Microchip VID (0x04d8) was mislabeled as Hornby VID according to USB-IDs.

A Full Speed USB Demo Board PID (0x000a) was mislabeled as
Hornby Elite (an Digital Command Controller Console for model railways).

Most likely the Hornby based their design on
PIC18F87J50 Full Speed USB Demo Board.

88555a63ca USB: ehci-s5p: add DMA burst support
DMA burst support is added to improve performance in EHCI data
transfer. The USB EHCI controller on Exynos SoCs can use INCR16,
INCR8, and INCR4 mode. These modes of INSNREG00 register should
be set in order to enable DMA burst transfer. This feature is
also related to AHB spec.
