"This adds support for the spear13xx platform, which has first been
under review a long time ago and finally been completed after generic
spear work has gone into the clock, dt and pinctrl branches.

Fix up trivial conflicts in drivers/gpio/gpio-samsung.c that look much
worse than they are: the exonys5 init code was refactored in commit
fd454997d6 ("gpio: samsung: refactor gpiolib init for exynos4/5"), and
then commit f10590c983 ("ARM: EXYNOS: add GPC4 bank instance") added a
new gpio chip define and did tiny updates to the init code.
So the conflict diff looks like hell, but it's actually a fairly simple
change.

Pull USB 3.5-rc1 changes from Greg Kroah-Hartman:
"Here is the big USB 3.5-rc1 pull request for the 3.5-rc1 merge window.
It's touches a lot of different parts of the kernel, all USB drivers,
due to some API cleanups (getting rid of the ancient err() macro) and
some changes that are needed for USB 3.0 power management updates.
There are also lots of new drivers, pimarily gadget, but others as
well. We deleted a staging driver, which was nice, and finally
dropped the obsolete usbfs code, which will make Al happy to never
have to touch that again.
There were some build errors in the tree that linux-next found a few
days ago, but those were fixed by the most recent changes (all were
due to us not building with CONFIG_PM disabled.)

The S3C2416 has a separate second interrupt register-set to support

A seperate bus_type instance is not required for EXYNOS5. The
existing bus_type instance used with EXYNOS4 is sufficient for
both EXYNOS4 and EXYNOS5. This also solves issue of uninitialized
usage of exynos4_subsys in EXYNOS4 power management code that is
reused for EXYNOS5 also. In addition to that, the existing
exynos4_subsys bus_type is renamed to exynos_subsys to indicate
that it is reused on both EXYNOS4 and EXYNOS5 platforms.

The fout clock of BPLL and MPLL have a selectable source on EXYNOS5250.
The clock options are a fixed divided by 2 clock and the output of the
PLL itself. Add support for these new clock instances.

usb: gadget: patches for v3.5
This pull request is quite big, but mainly because there's a
giant rework of the s3c_hsotg.c driver to make it friendlier
for other users. Samsung Exynos platforms use the DesignWare
Core USB2 IP from Synopsys so it's a bit unfair to have the
driver work for Samsung platforms only. In short, the big
rework is in preparation to make the driver more reusable.
Another big rework in this pull request came from Ido, where
he's removing the redundant pointer for the endpoint descriptor
from the controller driver's own endpoint representation. The
same pointer is available through the generic struct usb_ep
structure.
Also on this pull request is the conversion of a few extra
controller drivers to the new style registration, which allows
multiple controllers to be available on the same platform and
helps remove global pointers from those drivers.
Together with those big changes, there's the usual fixes and cleanups
to gadget drivers. Nothing major.
The sdhci driver is modified to be independent of clk_type member in the sdhci
platform data. Hence, all usage of clk_type in platform code is removed.

The decision to enable or disable the data output to the lcd panel from
the controller need not be based on the value of 'default_win' element
in the platform data. Instead, the data output to the panel is enabled
if any of the windows are active, else data output is disabled.

The video interface timing is independent of the window setup data.
The resolution of the window can be smaller than that of the lcd
panel to which the video data is output.
So move the video timing data from the per-window setup data to the
platform specific section in the platform data. This also removes
the restriction that atleast one window should have the same
resolution as that of the panel attached.

This patch removes System MMU device driver from arm/plat-s5p tree
for transition to implement IOMMU driver.
Although controlling System MMU in this removing driver
is similar to the new IOMMU driver in the following patch,
the new one is almost rewrite of this driver and there is no
benefit to moving the driver file from arch/arm/ to drivers/iommu.

This patch add support for EXYNOS5250 SoC has two Cortex-A15 cores.
Since actually, most codes in mach-exynos/ are used commonly for
EXYNOS4 and EXYNOS5 the EXYNOS5/EXYNOS5250 has been implemented
in mach-exynos/.

Actually, the base address of uart is different between EXYNOS4
and EXYNOS5 and this patch enables to support uart for EXYNOS4

s3c2443_common_setup_clocks is always called through
s3c2443_common_init_clocks, so there is no need to call it separately.

The dma controller is similar in S3C2443 and S3C2416 and has also
the same register layout with the same REQSEL-bits in the source
select.
The only small difference is the SIO channel of the S3C2443 for the
non-hsmmc controller which is not present on S3C2416/2450 and
second spi channel which is not present on the S3C2416.

The Simtec extension didn't follow a specific naming scheme for files
and config options until now. This distributed the files throughout
the whole mach-s3c24xx directory.
This patch fixes the naming of files and option names and also creates
a simtec.h header instead of using many one-liners.
As the plat/audio-simtec.h only contains the platform-data struct now,
it can also move to include/sound in a later patch.

This patch adds s3c_fb_driverdata s3c_fb_data_exynos5 for EXYNOS5
and adds extended timing control setting.
EXYNOS5 FIMD needs extended setting for video timing control.
Additional bits are added to VIDTCON2, VIDWxxADD2, VIDOSDxA and
VIDOSDxB registers in order to set timing value for lager resolution.
Also, address offset of VIDTCONx registers is changed from 0x0
to 0x20000, thus variable type should be changed to int type
to handle the address offset of VIDTCONx registers for EXYNOS5 FIMD.

G2D is a 2D graphics accelerator engine present in the s5p family
of Samsung SoCs. It is capable of bitblt and raster operations on
images having dimensions of up to 8000x8000.

As the S3C24xx SoCs use the same rtc device a renaming capability like in
the adc driver is necessary.
This patch adds a s3c_rtc_setname function and names the rtc devices for
S3C2443 and S3C2416 accordingly.

regs-rtc.h uses a mixture of tabs and spaces and also (x<<y)
to format bits. So, before adding new stuff clean up the formatting
and also add spaces to the bit definitions (i.e. (x << y) )

plat-samsung/clock.h currently keeps all the SoC specific clock
declarations. As we want to get rid of s3c2410.h altogether, move
the s3c2410_baseclk_add there too.

plat-samsung/clock.h currently keeps all the SoC specific clock
declarations except the ones for S3C2443/S3C2416 which were kept in
s3c2443.h.
This patch moves them out of s3c2443.h to get rid of the header
completely later on.

clk_msysclk is not needed outside of s3c2443-clock.c.
Removing the extern declaration will prevent conflicts with the
s3c2412 clk_msysclk in the following cleanups.

This patch adds video clock running at data under-flow.
It means that the pixel clock is continuously provided
to lcd module, even when under-run occurs.
